According to the complaint, the family was sitting at a nearby table when George approached them and started mocking the couple's daughter, who was described as having Down syndrome and was wheelchair bound. George allegedly told officers he did not remember anything specific due to being intoxicated. He also said he was having a "good time with the individuals, and then he was attacked by them."
