Sleepy Joe seems to be everywhere disrupting Putin's ambitions for Putin's ambitions for a Russian domination of energy markets around the world unlike Trump who would be Putin's door mat to Europe. MAGAmorons think Trump is such a tough guy but Putin supports hi brcause he knows Trump is the Cowardly Lion from "the Wizard of Oz."
