Russia is increasingly seeking to encourage and direct hackers to attack British and other western targets, the director of GCHQ has said in her first keynote speech as head of the British intelligence agency.

"I do wonder why Russia is still in the WTO." in order to have a valid reason for its existence, why have a WTO at all if it continues to include renegade, lawless nations like Russia and China? I also wonder why a nation that totally ignores treaties signed by their government is allowed to be a member of the WTO which is totally dependent upon respect for treaties and Internatioyjr Law to give it any real relevance to trade in the world. Today, the WTO is a meaningless joke and the U.S. should end our membership in it.
