"I do wonder why Russia is still in the WTO."
in order to have a valid reason for its existence, why have a WTO at all if it continues to include renegade, lawless nations like Russia and China?
I also wonder why a nation that totally ignores treaties signed by their government is allowed to be a member of the WTO which is totally dependent upon respect for treaties and Internatioyjr Law to give it any real relevance to trade in the world. Today, the WTO is a meaningless joke and the U.S. should end our membership in it.

... Pro-Russian hacktivists are intensifying attacks on critical operational technology systems across North America and Europe, targeting sectors such as water, wastewater, dams, energy and agriculture, according to a new joint warning from U.S. and international cyber authorities. ...

One question I have. ...

The old definition (circa 1940's, 1950's, 1960's, etc.) no longer seems to apply.

What is the current definition of war?
