White Man Charged with Planning Mass Casualty Attack in NYC

According to the USDOJ: A leader of Maniac Murder Cult, a white supremacist group, allegedly recruited others to commit arson and bombings targeting racial minorities and the Jewish community. "The Butcher" allegedly planned a New Year's Eve attack involving Santa Claus handing out poisoned candy to racial minorities as well as distributing poisoned candy to Jewish children.

"A federal grand jury in Brooklyn, NY, returned a four-count indictment on 16 July charging Georgian national Michail Chkhikvishvili, 21, also known as Mishka, Michael, Commander Butcher and Butcher, with soliciting hate crimes and acts of mass violence in NYC. According to court documents, Chkhikvishvili was arrested pursuant to an Interpol Wanted Person Notice."

An indictment is merely an allegation. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.

Okay, could have just said Caucasian and left out "Man" then, since terrorists are more likely to be male anyway.

Swapping Caucasian and "White" is as anachronistic these days as using "Negro"/"Black" interchangeably. It's especially odd when talking about someone specifically from the Caucasus region.
