I would say it is a 'neat find'. And most certainly fortuitous.

Certainly not 'mind blowing' to find Brimstone (pure sulfur rock)
on what was in the past, a very volcanically active planet. To be
expected I would argue.

Mind blowing would be like finding Adobe Dwellings on the cliffs of
Mars, as in the Sci-Fi book 'Red Mars' by Ben Bova. THAT would be
'mind blowing'.
