I really wish he would stack the court.
The court desperately needs to rebalanced.
But democrats aren't THAT brave. Yet.

"I really wish he would stack the court. The court desperately needs to rebalanced."
Stacking the court and re-balancing are two very different things.
I'm not anti-abortion, but I 100% agree with the decision of the court. If a federal right to abortion is so important, then include it as an amendment.
On the other side, if the 2nd amendment is not important, overturn it.
There are mechanisms in place for both.
I 100% disagree with the presidential immunity thing...but I'm just a grunt. I don't think it's a partisan thing though. If a Repub prez can send a SEAL team to kill an opponent, so can a Dem.

There used to be. Not anymore. There is zero chance of another amendment in the next 1oo years, if ever.
Over half of the current amendments were ratified in the 19th Century. The last one was ratified 34 years ago, over 200 years after it was proposed.
Roughly 200 amendments are proposed every 2 year session of Congress. None of them ever go anywhere. So far, 27 out of around 12,000 (0.24%) have been adopted.
The Founding Daddies wanted to make it difficult to amend the Constitution, but they ended up making it impossible. Now SCOTUS does it.

Getting a year older for every day he was in office.
Obama was only 47 when he was first elected. He was about 80 with white hair ready to retire from politics only 8 years later.
