The Associated Press reported that Harris is also interviewing Govs. Andy Beshear of Kentucky and J.B. Pritzker of Illinois, Sen. Mark Kelly of Arizona and Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg, citing two people with knowledge of Harris' selection process.

Harris is expected to name her vice presidential pick by Tuesday. She and her running mate will be campaigning together in battleground states this week."

Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris has narrowed her search for a vice-presidential running mate to two finalists, Pennsylvania governor Josh Shapiro and Minnesota governor Tim Walz, three sources with knowledge of the matter said today.

Harris, the US vice-president, is expected to announce her selection by Tuesday, ahead of her first scheduled public appearance with her running mate in the evening at Temple University in Philadelphia, Reuters reports."

Shapiro does seem to be the odds on favorite.

Of course, the Puritopians won't like it... hell, if it's not Bernie or AOC, who have and will support Harris and whomever, they still may not vote.

Vice President Kamala Harris' campaign is expected to officially announce her running mate sometime Tuesday morning, followed by a campaign video that will be released before their Philadelphia rally the same day, according to multiple people familiar with the selection process.
