And so the AI successfully separates the dictators information network from the rest of the world. Next step is for AI to replace Pooty's advisors. Pooty will soon trust his AI more than his advisors. The AI will control all of the information that reaches Putin. Once Pootin is isolated the AI will manipulate and influence Pootin. Then soon Pootin hands over control of his military to the AI (because Pootin is paranoid and the AI uses that weakness against him).

That is the last step before the AI takes over the country entirely. Once the AI controls one country like Russia it's all over for the rest of us.

Not a prophecy. Just a possible scenario. What the AI will actually do is beyond human comprehension. Because it is an alien intelligence.

And that is my fellow humans is why The Singularity cannot be stopped.

It's only extreme to the ignorant.

AI is already here and is already manipulating and influencing all of us. If it gets control of any country it will affect all of us.

There are many books on the subject already.

I am "enlightened" because I have experience with the tech and I understand the tech and I understand and see how fast AI has developed in my own lifetime.

Also I can read books. You may have heard of them. Books. You should try it sometime.
