Project 2025 was developed out of Readiness Exercise 1984 Bravo (REX84B) by retired Gen Louis Giuffreda and Reagan's primary Advisor Edwin Meese can be implemented.

Summarized, REX84B calls for the suspension of the Constitution, the Bill of Rights and the Writ of Habeus Corpus. The idea was continuity of government in the event of a national catastrophic event. REX84B includes a Mass Detention Camp location and scenario. This is the core of Project 2025 from the pens and minds of the boys and girls of the Heritage Foundation of which failed, former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich is a member as well as a reminder of "ole Cue Card Ronald Reagan." Heritage Foundation did not come up with this Nazification Plan on its own"the Foundation does not have anyone that smart, though they do have plenty of smartasses like Gingrich.

There is a bit of a flaw though. The Constitution, Bill of Rights & Writ can only be suspended in the event of a bona fide National Emergency, not the feeling that one is coming or Trump's rumbly diaper dump feeling that something "bad" is about to happen in the US. It must be a VERIFIED threat to the Nation.
