It isn't uncommon for the sitting president to speak at a state funeral, though what a bummer for Jimmy Carter. Joe Biden's eulogy was mainly a reminder of how different the two men were, particularly when it came to honesty and character. Plenty of comparisons can be made about the policy challenges faced by both administrations: inflation, energy, crime, global disorder. Yet they come with many caveats in Carter's favor. Carter inherited his problems; Mr. Biden created his ... Carter was elected on a promise never to lie to the American people, and he honored it. He was unequal to his governing task, sometimes misguided, but he genuinely wanted to make things better for the country. He was humble, and many forget he once fired half his cabinet in recognition that his administration wasn't getting the job done ... Mr. Biden leaves the Oval Office much as he burst into presidential politics"indulgently, self-servingly, pettily

I'm taking it up with Donald's water boy. You.

It is imperative that MAGA make Joe look bad. Vital.

Otherwise look what you're stuck with.

Shortly before the November 2020 election, Strassel promoted claims about Joe Biden and his son Hunter Biden in an opinion column in The Wall Street Journal.[13][14] Strassel's claims were contradicted by the newspaper's own news division hours later.[14][15][16][17]

After Joe Biden defeated Donald Trump in the 2020 presidential election, Strassel claimed that the election contained voting irregularities.[18] In November 2020, Strassel made claims about the election, claiming that Wisconsin's turnout percent for the election was "not feasible".[19][20]

" It is imperative that MAGA make Joe look bad. Vital."

He does that perfectly well on his own.

Joe's not a traitor to the United States of America like the one who you voted for Jeff. Let that sink in.

Biden did a good job as president, especially as compared to the man he replaced.

Over the next four years, it's very likely that America will be seeing him as being the Good Old Days.

Here's something I've discovered about MAGA. It still boggles my mind.

You people really don't care if Donald does well or not. You just want him in office.

Everyone on the face of the planet who has a job is expected to do well in it.

Except Donald.

Long on opinion. Short on facts.

And completely ignores anything Trump has done in the past or threatens in the future.

Biden isn't Carter. He wasn't even a great President but he was competent and kept us stable...unlike every Republican in the last 40 years.

Should we do a side by side comparison of presidential records for the last 40 years?
