"Any attempt to unilaterally dismantle the USADF through executive action violates the law and exceeds the constitutional limits of executive authority," wrote Democratic members of the House's Foreign Affairs Committee in a letter to President Trump last month.

now that former agency head is suing.

"Any attempt to unilaterally dismantle the USADF through executive action violates the law and exceeds the constitutional limits of executive authority,"
Who says?

(Once we create a new money laundry by delegating our authority unconstitutionally, it's a permanent feature of the agency/NGO grift network )

Great question!

When congress creates an agency, the agency then belongs to the executive

A noteworthy statistic from the National Council of Nonprofits reveals that NGOs employ 250,000 people in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. In the DOGE era, taxpayer funds for these nonprofits are under intense scrutiny, sending shockwaves across the Deep State.

The DOGE team appears to have set its crosshairs on a "popup nonprofit shell" company called Climate United Fund.

... Climate United Fund received the largest nonprofit grant in history"a $7 billion award from the Biden-Harris regime to operate what has been described as a "massive climate slush fund."

...Kamala Harris and Biden's EPA chief Michael Regan gave $7 billion total to the suddenly created Climate United Fund in April 2024 after it launched just five months earlier in November 30, 2022 when Its tax returns show it started with a tiny $547K in revs.

-See how it works? Congress makes an 'agency', then gives the agency money to steer into a network of NGOs.

...it has no stipulated plans for how it will spend your $7B in tax $$, just ephemeral solar projects in Idaho, Arkansas, and Oregon that amount to only about $50M total, a fraction of the $7B. It also gave money out of that $7b to Power Forward Communities linked to Stacey Abrams.

But wait, Leon is not in charge of DOGE, and DOGE isn't cutting jobs and closing agencies and departments. That's being done by, by, um...that lady Obama left in charge and is now on vacation. Also, cabinet secretaries have been the ones cutting jobs. And no one else. Really!

Shorting tesla stock is the best way to punish elon for his massive support of fascism right now. The momentum is building. Or just buy TSLQ which is an 2x inverse of the stock. The P/E ratio is like 180. That's insane. Most car companies are like 6. Google is like 30. This has a long way to collapse and people are going to get rich as it does. You too can profit off the collapse of your society, like musk and trump do.

This is not investment advice. This is activism that could earn you money.

Of course that all might be prevented if musk comes up with some new uber level of corruption with trump to keep the stock artificially inflated. Maybe he announces tesla will become a defense contractor - building the drones to obey the fascist commands that humans would refuse to obey.
