since several of you are too stupid and lazy lets go over the plan instead of puking out ----- that

makes you sound like the other lazy people.

IEPs will not be effected. All grants will be taken over by the teasure dept/

free breakfast and lumch is already done by agriculture dept.

special needs programs will be done by the Health and Human services.

Nothing is getting taken away except the dept of education.

The states will get the money to allocate where it needs to go.

Anyone can look this up.....unless you're lazy and stupid.

I can't read the article but the lawsuit would make more sense if the respective state school boards were a plaintiff in this....maybe they have their own suit and are planning on moving forward.

Kansas gets sued by the school districts every decade or so over school funding because there is a constitutional requirement to "adequately fund" public schools and when the schools deem the funding to be inadequate....a suit gets filed....and I think the courts routinely side with the school districts.

but I don't think the teachers' union does it.....but rather the school districts themselves.

Ever since the Dept of Ed started test scores have gone down. Snoofy is proof of that.

Since 1975, practically all the gains in household income have gone to the top 20% of households.

Republicans will never figure out how that relates to test scores.

Republicans will never figure out how households being left behind economically goes hand in hand with households being left behind educationally.

Republicans truly believe poor kids living with one parent working two jobs have just as much opportunity as Eberly's kids.

The thing is, education outcomes were better before the DOE. It's time to stop sending good money after bad.
Besides, it's a boondoggle.

College should be free to those academically able, especially since they all take in public money, even the rich ivy league schools that regular taxpayers' children will never be allowed to attend yet are allowed to have their tax money attend.

Ever since we started getting rid of pirates global warming has increased.

It's true.. as the number of pirates in the world has decreased over the past 130 years, global warming has gotten steadily worse. In fact, this makes it entirely clear that if you truly want to stop global warming, the most impactful thing to do is " become a pirate.

(We are talking real pirates here. Not a ----------- like Visitard)
