"U.S. District Judge Gordon P. Gallagher in Colorado found that deporting the family "without process" could cause irreparable harm and said he was issuing his order "due to the urgency this situation presents." He scheduled a hearing in the case for June 13."

Due Process is a quint old tradition that the Trump Gestapo no longer respects... along with much of the rest of the Constitution and the Law.

Trump Gestapo

"TACO Gestapo", is much more catchy.

@#4

Should they have been deported, or not?

They are awarded their day in Court by the Constitution.

"Trump administration returns migrant hastily deported to Mexico back to the US

"" A Guatemalan national who says he was wrongfully deported to Mexico is back in the United States, his legal team told CNN, in what appears to mark the first time the Trump administration has brought back a migrant after a judge ordered the administration to facilitate their return."

www.cnn.com

It's costing a fortune in flying people not given Due Process back and forth!

It's almost like this Admin is too crooked and incompetent to do their jobs.

"Donald Trump's DOJ lawyers pressuring Trump to return migrants who the regime disappeared out of fear the layers could be held in contempt or lose their law licenses."

www.youtube.com

lmao.... turns out that DOJ lawyers don't have Pres Immunity against breaking the law the way Trump does.

THIS was his problem when the Coup Plot fell apart; when all his hand-picked DOJ lawyers threatened to quit when he told them to BREAK THE LAW by signing a letter to States saying that States could change the Election Ballots from Biden to Trump... which was of course illegal.

Now he's having the same problems with this DOJ staff... somehow they too are not stupid enough to go to prison for him; they are not LOYAL enough.

So hard to find good Mob help these days.

My surprise is the current batch didn't learn that stupid arguments caused the previous batch personal legal problems. The new ones seem to want to super charge the stupid. We'll see.
