Every time Trump announces tariffs it's in order to manipulate the stock market.

Every. Time.

Rinse. Repeat.

Meanwhile. All he's really doing is making America unstable, losing trade partners and allies.

How do you control a nation? You throw it into chaos.

Everything Trump and his administration have done since January has been to create chaos.
