International arrest warrants for crimes against humanity issued by the ICC remain active for Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu and former IDF General Yoav Gallant. In addition, the Istanbul Public Prosecutor in Turkiye issued arrest warrants for Netanyahu and 30 other suspected Israeli war criminals. Indictments are merely allegations. To ensure a fair trial, Messrs Netanyahu and Gallant must both be presumed innocent until they are proven guilty beyond a shadow of a doubt at an international tribunal to be held for them in the Hague at future dates.
