"According to prosecutors, Castro fired through a home's front door and shot [Julio] Sosa-Celis in the thigh after Castro and another officer chased a different man, Alfredo Alejandro Aljorna, to the Minneapolis apartment duplex where he and Sosa-Celis lived. Sosa-Celis and Aljorna were legally residing in the US, Moriarty said.
"Federal authorities initially accused Sosa-Celis and Aljorna of beating an officer with a broom handle and a snow shovel. A federal judge later dismissed the charges, and ICE and the justice department opened an investigation into whether officers lied about what happened." www.theguardian.com

I don't usually support the Death Penalty. But when I do, it's for Public Officials who commit Murder or Treason.

Why yes, I do say that Trump has turned immigration control and enforcement into his personal brownshirt army.... The American people expect and deserve a strong and secure border, but that is not what ICE is about.

It will be a long time before this criminal leaves Texas. Governor Wheelie will put up a fight about his extradition, and will claim that the defendant can't get a fair trial in Minnesota because, well, they have liberals there, or 12 other reasons, all both ridiculous and spurious ...
