Ken Block's new book, "Disproven," will be released Tuesday. In the book, Block reveals how, again and again in the months after the November 2020 election, he was tasked by Trump's campaign with batting down implausible and inaccurate allegations that Joe Biden had won the election through fraud. Block writes that it has disturbed him to see so many Republicans embrace Trump's false claims, including in his home state of Rhode Island. And he says he fears that even more claims will come this year from Trump and those who follow him. "It's important to understand why the claims of fraud that were made were not just wrong but were demonstrably wrong. We have a narrative that's false that the election was stolen," he said in an interview. "The election wasn't stolen, and you can prove it."

What?
Yet another hand-picked, best people Trump Aide tells the truth?
Why do Trumpublicans hate the truth?
Perhaps because they can't handle the truth.

@#1 ... Another person hired by Trump putting truth to his incessant lies and distortions regarding no dispositive widespread election fraud ever being found in 2020 ...
And yet, fmr Pres Trump still insists upon propagating those lies and distortions. And the GOP is lapping it up.

Belief vs reality.

Trump tell his lies so many times that he begins to believe them himself ~ to the point of obsessive and compulsive delusion.
I don't know the clinical name for that but I'm sure there is one.
Regardless, anybody with that affliction should never be the Commander-in-Chief of the U.S. Military. There's no telling what nightmarish consequences that would cause around the world. Somebody might have to tackle him to the ground throw him in a strait jacket.

This book would be more valuable if a large portion of Der Dotard's supporters could read past a first grade level. Many of those who have that skill probably have only two books in their homes--The Holy Bible and the phone book, and only one of them is ever opened...

How do we break a cult that is 50 million strong?

WHATSLEFT
"How do we break a cult that is 50 million strong?"
By beating Trump at the polls. Probably less than a quarter of that 50 million strong are the domestic terrorists Trump calls his army. The other three-quarters are just uneducated believers in Trump's lies. Everyday folks.
I don't kid myself thinking Trump is going to go quietly into the night. That's not his nature. But at the same time Trump, having lost all his appeals, his properties, his money, his influence and his power to threaten or scare others into submission, will decline rather sharply. Trump may even spend some "cooling off" time in prison just to put an exclamation point (!) on his defeat.
