"The Government's arguments paint with a broad brush and threaten to upend fundamental protections in our Constitution. But ours is not an autocracy; it is a system of checks and balances," wrote Sooknanan.
Federal law protects FLRA members like Grundmann from termination without cause. The White House did not purport to have cause when it fired Grundmann in a two-sentence email last month and instead, like it has in other cases, contended the removal protections are unconstitutional.
Sooknanan rejected that argument under long-standing Supreme Court precedent, effectively reinstating Grundmann for the rest of her term unless an appeals court overturns the ruling."

The Lyin' King is above the law... when are Judges going to learn that?

Wait. But Trumpy says if the President does it then it's not illegal by definition! Gosh is it possible that Trumpy don't know what he is babbling about when he opens his hateful pie hole and he truly is a criminally negligent narcissist?
Possible? No. Highly probable? Yes!

Thousands of fired federal workers must be rehired immediately, judge rules www.politico.com
... A federal judge on Thursday ordered federal agencies to rehire tens of thousands of probationary employees who were fired amid President Donald Trump's turbulent effort to drastically shrink the federal bureaucracy. U.S. District Judge William Alsup described the mass firings as a "sham" strategy by the government's central human resources office to sidestep legal requirements for reducing the federal workforce. Alsup, a San Francisco-based appointee of President Bill Clinton, ordered the Defense, Treasury, Energy, Interior, Agriculture and Veterans Affairs departments to "immediately" offer all fired probationary employees their jobs back. The Office of Personnel Management, the judge said, had made an "unlawful" decision to terminate them. The order is one of the most far-reaching rejections of the Trump administration's effort to slash the bureaucracy and is almost certain to be appealed. ...

Cases filed against what TRUMP IS DOING ARE FINALLY MAking their way to court and are being ruled on. This was inevitable. Now the stakes go up considerably. Does the Trump Administration obey the ruling. Or do they just drag this out for as long as possible with appeals. At some point MAGAts will either have to bow to the rule of law and our Constitution or just prove that they support a dictatorship as their actions have suggested all along.

Unbelievable. The public strongly elected Trump. They voted for him to cut costs and government. How does one judge overrrule the decision of an elected President who Constitutionally controls the executive branch and who actually did what he was elected to do?

Because he's a Pres and not a King. The Judge has the law on his side, Trump has dummies like you.

Trump violated some laws, and badly so.
Trump's people lied to the judge, and badly so.
Have following the law and telling the truth ever been important to you?
Shall I call your momma and tell her that she failed to parent you?

Democrats are working solely as always for Democrat Party power and not what Americans want. No one wants to hear what any of the potty mouth ---- talking Dems..Maxine Waters, AOC, Crockett, Schumer, etc etc have to say. They talk trash and do nothing, never promises made, promises kept. "The border is secure".

"Democrats are working"
I can see how that serves to alienate the moochers like you, whose lives aren't noted for any of the work they've done.
