A federal judge said in an order Wednesday that he has found probable cause to hold the Trump administration in contempt over deportation flights that it sent to El Salvador. U.S. District Judge James Boasberg found "the Government's actions on that day demonstrate a willful disregard for its Order, sufficient for the Court to conclude that probable cause exists to find the Government in criminal contempt."

Boasberg's ruling is scathing:

"Taken together, this behavior indicates "deliberate or reckless disregard" of the Order ... leading this Court to conclude that there is probable cause that Defendants willfully disobeyed a binding judicial decree."

Congress has not made any attempts to intervene on the executive abuses. This is their doing. Still.

Deny their own authorities, rules and safeguards, allowing DOGE to fire internal enforcement agencies staff and obstruct their operations makes them complicit, imo.

Will anyone judge them accordingly? Successfully? Mangionilly?

Trump has open contempt for anyone not named Trump... and for some who are.

Now we are just waiting for him to haul out that apocryphal quote said to be by Andrew Jackson that, 'the Court has made their decision, now let them enforce it!'.
