When a network has to pay $787 million dollars for lying to it's viewers, it is not News...it is propaganda.

#3 ... This isn't about Trump's name-calling addiction. It's about Fox blindly accepting Trump's lies about provable facts, such as when the phone call took place, and then manipulating the evidence to portray Newsom in a false light.

I doubt Newsom will win the case, because the standard of proof for libel is very high when elected officials and other public figures are involved. "Actual malice" is the usual threshold. But I'm glad to see a Trump/Fox target fighting back against the propaganda machine.
