We live in two economies.

The top +/-10 percent is spending like nothing is wrong. The bottom +/-50 percent is struggling to pay bills and eat.

If this country has a cardinal that wants to make converts of thousands he can respond to this by selling the mansion many of them live in and move into a convent on the decline while the money goes to feed the poor.
