Murderous scum. I hope the ASPCA and PETA identify and locate the filthy Border Patrol Agent.

Over the years, while living on the border, I developed a visceral and abiding contempt for La Migra.
No need to cover the incidents, describe the behavior of poorly trained, roid raging jackaroo agents.
We now have a shorthand way of looking at that outfit:
Tom Homan and a bribe bag loaded with $50,000 in cash.
What's that you say?
He's free, walking around, and calling the shots from the WH for La Migra?
Shockah!

The El Paso Police Dept has an Animal Cruelty Investigations Unit that should be looking for this lunatic Border Patrol Agent:

I am a bit dismayed that members of the Border Patrol's K-9 units didn't cough up these callous, heartless brutes that could murder a defenseless dog in cold blood, but there may be a chance one thinks it was a vile thing to do and drop a dime on them: www.borderreport.com

Personal anecdote:

I was at an airshow at Mountain Home AFB a few years ago. It was extremely hot. The PA announcer came on frequently reminding people to drink water, and advised that many folks had reported to first aid stations with severe dehydration.

At one point, the announcer asked the owner of (vehicle/plate#) to return to their vehicle since the dog they had left tied to the bumper had knocked over its water dish and was in distress. They also mentioned that the canine patrol officers that had found it wanted to have a word with them. I'm sure that went well.

Hi Redial: Good story. Being kind to animals normally transcends politics, so we'll what happens in Texas.

The first John Wick movie was about him going on a massive violent retribution tour over the killing of his dog.

Speaking of some dogs ...

You can't hardly tell at first, not till they get to the point of slobbering and staggering around. When you see a critter in that fix, you know for sure. But you want to watch for others that ain't that far along. Now, you take a bobcat or a fox. You know they'll run if you give 'em the chance. But when one don't run, or maybe makes fight at you, why, you shoot him and shoot him quick. After he's bitten you, it's too late.
