Democratic Leader Offers Deal to Reopen Government

Schumer's proposal calls for Democrats to agree to pass a so-called clean resolution that would provide short-term funding for government operations. In exchange, Republicans would agree to a one-year extension of existing enhanced tax credits that are used to reduce the cost of health insurance purchased on Affordable Care Act marketplaces.

#2 Schumer didn't have to blink.

What Schumer offered might pass the Senate.

But, it will still go nowhere.

Why? you may ask:

Because Speaker Mike (R-Of course) REFUSES to bring the House back into session.

As such, the House will have to be back in session to vote on the supposed Schumer offer, if it passed the Senate.

But the House WILL NOT be back in session, anytime in the foreseeable future.

Because of the Epstein files.
