Before Pres Trump fired the BLS leader because he did not like the numbers reported (I summarize), the ADP job reports were not rewarded to be appropriate.

Why?

Maybe because they ADP reports are only private, i.e., non-governmental payrolls.

And, another question, does ADP process all non--government payrolls?

So, taking a step back, what do the ADP numbers actually represent?

Aside from a number to to cite because the BLS cannot provide the better number?

And if the BLS does, the BLS leader gets fired?
