Ellison assured his guests that the money would continue flowing through FOF. It was the state government, which Ellison in theory represented, that would soon be on the defensive, the attorney general told them. "[Governor Tim] Walz agrees with me that this piddly, stupid stuff running small people out of business is terrible," said Ellison. "Let's go fight these people," he declared, "these people" being rightfully cautious state officials. Ellison suggested that Salim "send the names of all these people who are hanging on by a thread" " the Somali businesses and nonprofits that existed at the public's expense, many of them through fraud " so that he could personally needle senior bureaucrats into restoring their funding.

Pardon the Gaslighter type post, but I found this passage of the article incredibly insightful on how the "patronage" works in MN, possibly more States.

The RW focuses on the Somali's but IMO this type of "system" probably permeates the US governments (local,city, county, state, fed). The Somalis are just doing what everyone else is doing.

Its not an indictment of Somali's but of the system itself. The purpose of these NGO type units was to avoid governmental fraud that existed in the 1930-40s. You can read all about this transition in the book "WhyNothingWorks". But now its appears its been subverted into a patronage system of spoils.

Now you can defend the fraud with narrative inducing arguments but this only leads to the corrosive mindset that "taxpayers" are suckers.
America needs to face this fraud epidemic or your system is over in a very short period.

Understand there is nothing even remotely sophisticated about these endless frauds. Not medicaid/care, Not PPP, not food, not autism, and not daycare or welfare or SNAP or free rent. It went for years not because of ite sophistication, but because the elected politicians were relying on some demographic for votes.

In their mind, being able to defraud the electorate and plunder the taxpayers is the price of winning elections.
Eventually in this game : The power shifts.

The politicians are now trapped: dirty, negligent, on the take, and dependent. Everyone's tainted beak is in the NGO game. They'd all lose office immediately without these voting blocks that they cultivated.

The servant is now the master. That's how we wind up with massive, unaccountable piracy everywhere and endless plunder that politicians must aid and abet for fear of losing office and every time they are complicit and help cover this up, they are dragged further into guilt, too compromised to stop.

This is what this article articulates one instance of it, but its everywhere now.

Why are so many politicians and Lumpers parroting the "diversity is our strength" mantra, protecting fraudulent behavior, claiming that Somalia built Oregon, Boston, Minnesota all of a sudden? Aren't you Americans insulted? Doesn't someone saying "Somalia built America" fly in the face of your self respect?

Why are they doing this? Because they have too, to remain in power.

The US cannot unravel this system piecemeal, the capture is too deep, too broad. This type of "fraud" is not going away, it's going to spread.
An astonishing amount of western civilization has soldout.

When you Lumpers finally get a look at the size of this fraud tactic, it will boggle the mind.

As I have previously stated : Tolerance is the lube that helps slip the ----- of dysfunction into the ass of a civilized society.
