United Auto Workers Vice President Laura Dickerson says the 40-year-old is back working and does not have a negative mark on his personnel file.

Sabula should receive a commendation.

His Union Contract enabled his freedom of speech. It wasn't the government.

Don't assume that would have been be the outcome in a non union shop.

I believe that to be true.

He still deserves a medal for bravery and courage. But just be able to keep your job after speaking out on the job these days IS a pretty big reward.

It shouldn't even be an issue. But with this tyrannical regime, whose goal is to apparently divide the nation and keep it divided, it apparently is.

Its true. Management hates unions.

Unions force them to follow the rules.

In my experience they really really hate that.

They hate that there ARE rules.
