My first question ...
Why does Pres Trump's stated objective for entering an unprovoked war with Iran seem to change on a daily (more more frequent) basis?
Does he, himself, not know why he is spending American lives and about a billion dollars a day for his illegal war?

Several Billion Dollars Worth of Radar....
Blown Away in One Week.
The Missiles are Blind...
That's Iran at War.
Minimumly Lethal but Effective Warfare.
Quasem Solienami is Laughing from the Grave.....
Trump is Humiliated by Iranian Prowess.
No War Crimes,Few Deaths, Iran is proving Trump to Be inept and Vicious.
Israel is not the Vanguard of War.
They are Cruel and Inept as Well.

He's drunk out of his mind on power, greed and rage.

I would like to attribute it to dementia, but he's such a horrible human being anyway that it's hard to tell.

"Today Iran will be hit very hard!" he wrote on Truth Social Saturday morning. "Under serious consideration for complete destruction and certain death, because of Iran's bad behavior, are areas and groups of people that were not considered for targeting up until this moment in time." Trump's threat came after Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian labeled the president's earlier call for Tehran's "unconditional surrender" a "dream that they should take to their grave" in a speech broadcast on state television Saturday.

@#4 ... He's drunk out of his mind on power, greed and rage. ...
I agree with the first, but not necessarily with the second and third.
OK, yeah, maybe the second, given the grifting he has been doing. ;)
Still not sure about "rage," though.
Is he raging, or is actually he happy about his ~accomplishments?~
Asked differently, does Pres Trump actually believe the lies he proffers to the American people?

Pres Trump seems to have taken the United States from an avid supporter of the world order and rules it created as a result of WWII to a "might makes right" states of affairs.
Effectively, tossing away eight decades of international order, not a perfect international order, but one that has lead to discussion rather than war.

Really, what about Korea,Vietnam,Iraq,Grenada,Panama, Kuwait, Afghanistan, etc.
Not much discussion there. Wars and more wars. I didn't even list Somalia,Libya,Serbia, now Iran.
I'm sure I missed a few, it's hard to keep up.
All Wars never officially declared.
Not Discussions.

One of these days in the near future, Iran could get its hands on some of those Chinese anti-ship missiles, and will start firing them into the Persian Gulf. A few will sink oil tankers lurking about the Strait of Hormuz, and shortly thereafter they will go after the biggest US ships parked like so many sitting ducks. After sinking an aircraft carrier or two, China will then be free to attack Taiwan, with no meaningful US forces to hold them off. The result, by about Easter: the US gets run out of the Middle East, Taiwan falls to China, thousands of Americans have died, billions spent on this crazy adventure, and Trump, somehow, still in office. Clip and save ...
