In his lawsuit, filed in U.S. District Court on Tuesday, Brown said that political differences couldn't have been the main reason for his firing from the NTSB. Brown's lawyers, who work for the Democracy Forward Foundation, also claim that 75 percent of Black officials at independent agencies have been fired under Trump.
