... The lawsuit follows an intervention by Biden in a separate lawsuit brought by the conservative Heritage Foundation over a FOIA request that sought records from the investigation by former special counsel Robert Hur.

The materials were obtained by the DOJ as part of the special counsel's probe, which ended in February 2024, finding that Biden "willfully retained and disclosed" classified materials but recommending no criminal charges.

Biden's lawsuit seeks to further bolster his demands that the materials not be shared with the conservative think tank or congressional Republicans, citing his right to privacy as well as allegations against DOJ that it is acting unlawfully in seeking an avenue to release the records. ...

@#2 ... RELEASE THE EPSTEIN FILES ...

Yup.

Pres Trump seems to be releasing just about everything except the Epstein Files.

Why?

What possibly the Epstein Files contain that might be damaging to Pres Trump?

If there is truly, ~nothing to see there~ then just release them.

Biden's lawsuit seeks to further bolster his demands that the materials not be shared with the conservative think tank or congressional Republicans..

As is his right as a private citizen.

Joe Biden is an American Citizen. An exceptional citizen who was elected US President. The highest office in the land. He has earned and deserves our respect for just surviving the *Churn.

I would not voluntarily share my air with any of these maga maroons. Much less anything that could be used against me in a court of law.

They are obviously not concerned for the safety, health or welfare of American Citizens like Joe Biden. He has nothing to gain by cooperating with them.

These creeps are from the government and they are obviously not here to help us in any way (unless we submit to their authoritarian rules).

*The Churn" is a popular concept and episode/novella title from the sci-fi series The Expanse. The character Amos Burton describes it as a period when established societal rules and ways of life collapse, forcing individuals into a chaotic state of survival where they must quickly adapt to their new environment.
