Plaintiff Amanda McGonigle (37) is suing the USSS and the Office of the President for prohibiting her from attending a VPOTUS JD Vance event in Bangor Maine, telling her "we know where you stand," a violation of her First Amendment rights and viewpoint discrimination.

The Maine District Court Clerk has not yet assigned the case to one of the three judges or the Senior Judge. Hopefully the clerk chooses the Honorable Stacey Diane Neumann, a former public defender and Joe Biden nomination. One of the few saving graces of his administration was appointing progressive judges to the federal bar: USDJ Stacey Neumann
