Justice Elena Kagan has sharply criticized the Supreme Court's conservative majority -- saying it undermined democracy in a series of rulings, including several that prompted the wave of gerrymandering. "[T]he court has blinded itself to the very deleterious effects of their rulings."

When any ruling is already known according to ideology from SCOTUS, the Justices are violating their oath.

It's not new, it's still happening, and it will in the future.

The Justices are chosen on how they will decide cases. Not whether they're following law but following ideology.

The justices were chosen to decide a president is above the law?

You see this is a dangerous misconception of how courts SHOULD work

Courts SHOULD rule on the merits of a case and apply the law and precedent.

Ideology should have little to do with that other than on the margins.

Justices should not be creating law whether it is overriding Congress's spending power with a made up "major questions doctrine" or lying about precedence with spurious and illogical "originalism"

All of this is beyond ideology except in the application of a corruption as an ideology and the seizure of power for power's sake ideology

So which Justices do you support?

If you side with ideology, you are nothing but the same problem.

President is above the law? None are.

Should every President face charges for crimes against humanity? The US doesn't need the ICC to go with those charges.

Every President could be charged by the ICC if the US recognized that court.

Trump isn't the only one since the ICC stood up that could be charged.

But the two party system protects their own.

The President is the highest position in the Executive branch. Every President since at least the ICC should have been impeached and removed. They've all committed crimes against humanity.

Or do you really believe one side is innocent?
