As I said in Trump's first term...if indeed he sets up prison camps for his opponents, I want to go to the one with the folks from MSNow and people like George Conway. I like intelligent conversations, and in prison one probably is safe from MAGA propaganda.

Some things cannot be opposed, like medical science that over the years has shown that vaccines have saved many millions of lives. Oh sure, Kennedy can oppose them, but not in a rational way, the way one would hope the head of HHS would run his office.

And don't think that in the end, Trump will be brought to justice, to Justice, through the American legal system. He will soon be pardoned for each and every damn thing he and his grifting gang ever did...all he has to do is pardon them, then resign, and then Vance or whoever is his VP at the time, automatically becomes President and pardons Trump.
Otherwise, Trump out of office in an America where the Dems control both Houses of Congress, would be investigated in many states and certainly by the reconstructed DOJ. Resign and get a pardon...what I would do.

For once I agree mightily with Kennedy...we are, at our core, protected by the Constitution against deadly conduct by private companies. Congress needs to pass a law. Another law.

Corruption and incompetence was always the action plan of the Texas Republican Party, but this particular election will show just how bizarre things have gotten. I look forward to Talarico's election to the Senate, and to his alliance with Bernie to try and help the bottom third of the economic pyramid, rather than the 1%.

Thing is, Trump has no sense of shame, so putting Fox Propaganda news through this, not his problem. Making Americans pay for the stupidity...not his concern, he isn't paying for a damn thing on the midway.

If I were boss, America would simply walk away from the insane asylum called the Middle East, and let everyone know if we need their products we pay cash, but no more American blood will be spilt in those endless wars, Israel against Arab, Sunni against Shia...
But then, that is what Trump has said he would do, and look at the chaos he has immersed the US into. Israel is an apartheid nation keeping millions of Palestinian people locked in the Occupied Territories until Israeli settlers can murder more Arabs and steal more Arab land.

The criminal class looks to the Trump gang with the greatest admiration...First, Trump came after the CIA and the FBI and the DOJ, appointed fools and grifters to run the departments. Then, Trump came after the Department of Defense, and Hegseth lets the grifting go on night and day...
And still the Trump gang mumble about President Biden and President Obama. President Obama was the best President of my lifetime, and Trump...deserves to rot in jail for the rest of his life. But you and I know he will resign soon and whoever becomes the new President will pardon him for it all.

Hmmm...what was the stupidest war started during my lifetime? Born just after WWII, I think I would have to say it is a tie, Putin attacking Ukraine and my country, the US, deciding to totally engage in Vietnam. But still, Trump could decide to order boots on the ground in Iran...

Life can be weirdly funny. Laughed like hell at some of the comments and sites that are here, including the pictures of the motorcade driving over the empty pool. I mean, what can possibly happen bad if one hires almost entirely incompetent people who are willing to be totally loyal to the cult?
Yeah, Cue the massive hurricanes about to flatten parts of Florida, after which Trump will not accept blame for the lack of FEMA help.

There are some wildly talented and experienced people out there, who would love to work for FEMA, but the loyalty pledge, which in effect says one has to be a Trump cult member, is too much. Weird thing number two...Florida is Trump's home state and it is always in the crosshairs to be clobbered by hurricanes, and still, Trump doesn't insist on talent to work for FEMA.

All of Trump's appointments these days are clearly for people in his pocket, we are led by the most corrupted government in American history, and that is saying something.

Darn, you mean there is some resentment around the fact that we murdered over 80 of their leaders in a sneak attack, a clear war crime that led to a war of aggression?

One really understands what Trump means when he talks about suckers and losers...he means you, he means me, he definitely means those who value the rule of law. And yeah, no doubt there is a plan already set in stone to have the incoming VP pardon Trump and his entire grifting empire, as that Republican Party hack, when he was named VP, pardoned Nixon. Though, maybe JD can be convinced to do his duty to his mafia chieftain boss.

At its core, the insanity in the Strait is about the key issue of our time, the use of fossil fuels and the utter destruction of our civilization thanks to human caused global warming. And yeah, they are sacrificing our lives , our futures to the profit line of the big oil boys.
We are led by corrupted people, who because of their wealth are seen as leaders.

I get it. Sure, it is insane, but all the Court is saying is that the law as written is there for the benefit of the big polluters and if you want to actually be able to sue the makers of Roundup, maybe elect sane pelicans for once.

I realized this morning that the only way to survive the next few years is to "Catch 22" pretty much everything and understand I was born into an insane asylum. Up is down and left is right and right is well, politically speaking, the boss of the asylum and it the craziest of them all. I do know runaway inflation is a nightmare so maybe get a FED chairman in there who knows his stuff.
