The BBC has requested that Donald Trump hand over his phone records from Jan. 6 as part of his defamation lawsuit against the broadcaster.

In a twinkling Der Dotards legal stooges will declare that due to affairs of state that their client, the plaintiff, cannot attend to the suit he brought until after his term in office concludes. Because of this circumstance no discovery can take place in the immediate future. So there, you cheeky Brits ...
