Nobody is talking about transitioning a 2 year old child. What is at issue is transgender youth around the start of puberty being allowed to at least take puberty blockers if their Dr and the medical team decides if it's appropriate or not. WPATH has a set of guidelines to follow regarding such healthcare. Oh and no it does not have anything to do with lopping off anything as crudely as Jeff puts it. That's the cruc of the issue.

And SCOTUS seems to be leaning towards denying such medical assistance.

The only remedy for a corrupt pardon is for the house to file articles of impeachment and then vote to impeach. Then 2/3 of the Senate can vote to remove.

No such thing as a corrupt pardon constitutionally speaking. The president has sold discretion regarding pardons. Morally and ethically are separate and apart from that however.

Good chance that part of the pardon will be challenged as pardons are for those who have been found guilty of a crime, but trying to exonerate for unknowns not yet charged/ tried/sentenced, may very well not pass' judicial testing'.

You lie like a rug. One does not have to be charged much less convicted of an insurrection to be banned from holding public office. The Supreme Court just said that Colorado had no standing to remove Trump from the ballots. That's all that 9-0 decision meant full stop.
