No, but back in the '80s I did a lot of Peruvian coke. I probably paid for most of the electricity in Lima.

My sister went to Peru several years ago, did the Machu Picchu walk. Highly recommended, if in shape and have time to acclimate to the elevation.
By doing the hike you get there before the buses, so the small group has the site to themselves for an hour or two.
