"First, the tax cuts raised tax revenues, again, the tax cuts raised tax revenues. That is a good thing for everyone. Second, the US government spending has become so bloated and wasteful that it needs to have the brakes put on it. It doesn't need to include cutting medicaid and medicare and social security and it won't. Do Democrats actually think that we can't cut wasteful spending? I hope not.

What malarkey. Any facts to back up that big fat lie? Here are some little historical facts for you:
"In 1980, Bush Sr. famously described these economic policies as "voodoo economics," arguing that supply-side reforms would not be enough to rejuvenate the economy and would greatly increase the national debt."
"However, the expectation that decreased taxes on the wealthy and businesses would result in increased spending on goods, services, and salaries failed to materialize. Moreover, President Reagan's relaxed regulation contributed to the savings and loan crisis."
"By the early 1990s, the U.S. economy had fallen back into recession.
President Reagan's policies contributed to a near doubling of the national debt, in part due to his commitment to cut taxes while increasing military spending."
Two reasons the Ukrainians do not lower they draft age; one is that they wish to safe their youth for the future and secondly, they do not have the equipment to outfit them if they did start to draft in mass. Russia is down to using suckers and losers getting shoved into this mess all the way from North Korea and have very few trained NCO's, much less junior and middle ranking officers left, to do much more than send waves of bodies at the Ukrainians how have lost thousands but so did the Vietnamese when they wore down the French and then the USA who finally gave up as everybody at home was sick of a war without a cause. Taking a month to go ten kilometers at the cost of 58,000 soldiers is not sustainable for Russia. Give Ukraine those nukes back!
