Nearly a year into U.S. President Donald Trump's second term, that narrative is flipping. A new constellation of influencers, billionaire moguls and social-media platforms -- many embracing or amplifying White House themes -- is pulling the nation's information ecosystem to the right.

CRIMINALS POSING AS US immigration officers have carried out robberies, kidnappings, and sexual assaults in several states, warns a law enforcement bulletin issued last month by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The bureau urges agencies to ensure officers clearly identify themselves and to cooperate when civilians ask to verify an officer's identity"including by allowing calls to a local police precinct. "Ensure law enforcement personnel adequality [sic] identify themselves during operations and cooperate with individuals who request further verification," it says. First reported by WIRED, the bulletin cites five 2025 incidents involving fake immigration officers and says criminals are using Immigration and Custom Enforcement's heightened profile to target vulnerable communities, making it harder for Americans to distinguish between lawful officers and imposters while eroding trust in law enforcement.

Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem and her alleged lover Corey Lewandowski ordered 10 Spirit Airlines jets before realizing the planes had no engines. Officials warned the pair that purchasing the jets"which they said would be used to increase deportations and for their own travel"was impractical, and that simply hiring additional flight contractors would be far less costly, The Wall Street Journal reported But Noem and Lewandowski went ahead and blew through the funds allocated by Congress. Officials realized the pair's blunder when they looked deeper into their spending spree and realized that Spirit"which has filed for bankruptcy twice"didn't own the planes in the first place, and that the engines would have to be purchased separately, according to the Journal. Noem and her shopping partner then purchased two Gulfstream jets for $200 million.

A new report based on the analysis of the gait of an individual who placed a pipe bomb in Washington, DC on 6 Jan 2021, claims that the gait matches a former member of the US Capitol Police. On 6 Jan 2021, pipe bombs were found at the Republican and Democratic National Committees' headquarters. The pipe bombs, which never detonated, were placed shortly before insurrectionists stormed the US Capitol. The new allegation is based on a software analysis of the suspect's gait. Blaze Media founder Glenn Beck said his outlet had discovered the identity of the suspect who placed at least one of the bombs. USCP have not commented on the allegation. A match of between 94% and 98% percent was found between the gait of the suspect and Shauni Rae Kerkhoff (31) of Alexandria, VA. Kerkhoff was a USCP officer for over four years before leaving for the CIA, where she worked in campus security. Read more

The nefarious Trumpf junta is trying to poach NYPD officers with social media ads that suggest the NYPD doesn't respect them or their families. "Join an agency that respects you, your family and your commitment to serving in law enforcement," reads the ICE ad, posted to the agency's social media pages and aimed directly at NYPD officers. The pitch links to a recruitment page declaring "America has been invaded by criminals and predators" and promising signing bonuses up to $50,000. The ads come as the NYPD faces persistent staffing struggles, the Trumpf junta continues deporting migrants en masse, and tensions between NYC and the federal government escalate. ICE is promising up to $50,000 in signing bonuses, but it can't match the high earning potential NYPD officers can reach with overtime. ICE salaries in NY start at $63,000 with a top range of $163,000. Read more

He was the president of the Confederacy during the Civil War. And if you've ever been to NYC " maybe you haven't, but if you have been to NYC, hold on to those memories, because the city will never be the same again. Which is exactly what Zohran Mamdani wants to happen."

The bill is called the Moving American Money Distant from Anti-National Interests Act, or the "MAMDANI Act".
