The war with Iran is no longer hypothetical. American forces are engaged. Missiles are being launched. Interceptors are being expended. Precision munitions are striking targets across a widening battle space. And with every salvo, one uncomfortable reality becomes clearer: The United States does not look like it can sustain protracted, high-intensity conflict with a near-peer adversary. This is not a budget debate. It is not an academic exercise in force planning. It is a real-time stress test of the American arsenal, and the early results are troubling. The United States entered this conflict with inventories already strained from years of high operational tempo and insufficient industrial replenishment.

American Immigration Council senior fellow Aaron Reichlin-Melnick reacted in horror on Thursday to an allegation that a woman in Maryland hired a team of Guatemalan contractors to redo her roof at an expense of $10,000, waited until they were done " then called Immigration and Customs Enforcement on them to try to get out of paying the bill. The X account that posted a video of the alleged incident stated, "Woman even provides the ladder used by agent to detain men " who she owes $10,000 for 3 day job. 'She called the damn law on us and now we're totally screwed!' men yell in Spanish. 'They surrounded us! " They surrounded us!' Agents even left behind the workers' van with doors wide open " filled with thousands of dollars worth of tools.

Forcible displacement, wanton destruction, and attacks deliberately targeting civilians are war crimes. Countries that continue to provide Israel with arms and military aid risk complicity in the Israeli government's serious violations in Lebanon."

We just won Missouri v. Biden. As Missouri's Attorney General, I sued the Biden regime for brazenly colluding with Big Tech to silence Missouri families " censoring the truth about COVID, the Hunter Biden laptop, the open border, and the 2020 election. They tried to turn Facebook, X, YouTube, and the rest into their private speech police, labeling dissent "misinformation" while they pushed their narrative on the American people. Today, after years of unrelenting litigation, we deep state into a historic 10-year, court-enforceable Consent Decree. It directly binds the Surgeon General, the CDC, and CISA: no more threats of legal, regulatory, or economic punishment. No more coercion. No more unilateral direction or veto of platform decisions to remove, suppress, deplatform, or algorithmically bury protected speech.
