Trump has repeatedly insulted Black people who criticize him by calling them "low-IQ" and with other slurs about their intelligence, such as referring to then-Vice President Kamala Harris as "dumb," "mentally unfit," "slow" and "stupid" when she ran against him in 2024. Trump even outrageously posted an AI-generated racist video on the social media site he owns that portrayed Barack and Michelle Obama " America's only Black president and first lady " as apes.
