Attorney General Todd Blanche, Department of Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin, and United States Attorney Daniel N. Rosen announced that a federal grand jury indicted ten defendants separately on September 24, 2026, for voter fraud. All defendants have made their initial appearances in federal court. "Today's charges allege that ten foreign nationals committed voter fraud in Minnesota, one voting illegally as recently as this August's primary," said Attorney General Todd Blanche. "The law is clear, only American citizens may vote in American elections, and enforcing this law is fundamental to our democracy. That should not be a partisan concept." "Our message to aliens who vote in American elections is clear: we will find you, arrest you, and you will face the consequences, including criminal charges and deportation," said DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin.
Drivers can only let a child aged 8 through 15 use a standard vehicle seatbelt if they pass all five safety checks. If they fail even one, they must use a booster seat or child restraint. The 5-Step Test: Drivers can only let a child aged 8 through 15 use a standard vehicle seatbelt if they pass all five safety checks. If they fail even one, they must use a booster seat or child restraint. The 5 Steps for Seatbelt Fit: 1. The child's back rests flat against the vehicle seat. 2. The knees bend comfortably at the edge of the seat cushion. 3. The lap belt sits low and snug across the hips and thighs"not across the stomach. 4. The shoulder belt crosses the collarbone and chest"away from the neck and face. 5. The child can maintain this exact posture for the entire trip. Penalties: Violations of proper restraint and seatbelt laws can carry fines up to $490 plus potential DMV points. Read more
It turns out President Trump's promised "mass deportations" won't require dragnets and cattle cars after all. This summer ICE racked up the largest numbers of arrests of illegal aliens ever recorded, with more on the way. And all without the theatrics that culminated in the shooting of two Americans by DHS officers in Minneapolis. The intentionally provocative approach of ousted DHS Secretary Kristi Noem and her field commander, Border Patrol agent Greg Bovino, was thrilling for the more excitable elements on both the Right and the Left. One side wanted revenge for Biden's and DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas's truly lawless and harmful border policies, while the anti-borders side was practically giddy with euphoria at having their fantasies of impending fascism seemingly confirmed.

Federal prosecutors in Texas have charged a Venezuelan delivery driver who was shot by an Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent earlier this month with assaulting a federal officer, according to court documents unveiled Tuesday. The prosecutors accused 28-year-old Wilber Rafael Garces Perez of striking an ICE officer with his vehicle's side-view mirror as he drove away in an attempt to evade arrest. Garces Perez faces one count of assaulting, resisting and impeding a federal officer.
Lindsay Clancy, the Massachusetts woman charged with killing her three young children, was back in court Tuesday morning for a hearing that could determine the future of the case. Three weeks ago, a judge declared a mistrial in the case after the jury failed to reach a unanimous verdict as a result of one juror who didn't agree she's not responsible for the killings. During the trial, Clancy didn't deny that she killed her children, and her attorney, Kevin Reddington, argued that she was suffering from postpartum psychosis and was overmedicated when she strangled the children and attempted to take her own life.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) issued a strong warning to a major migrant caravan that crossed into Mexico and was moving north with hopes of reaching the U.S.-Mexico border. "USBP is closely engaged with its international partners to monitor their movement and any additional developments," DHS told Fox News in a statement. "[United States Border Patrol] USBP reminds migrants that under the leadership of President Trump and Homeland Secretary Mullin, the border has remained closed and secured for the last 16 months." The caravan, numbering in the hundreds as of Monday, is predominantly made up of Hondurans, Guatemalans, Salvadorans, Ecuadoreans and Haitians.
Utah state Rep. Trevor Lee resigned from the Legislature Monday, hours after prosecutors charged him with multiple felonies tied to an alleged scheme to fraudulently secure a home loan. The Utah Attorney General's Office filed charges in 3rd District Court accusing Lee, 35, of second-degree felony communications fraud and mortgage fraud, along with third-degree felony forgery and possession of a forgery device, according to ABC4. Lee represented Davis County's House District 16 as part of the Republican majority that has repeatedly pushed congressional maps courts later ruled were illegal partisan gerrymanders. He personally put out a statement attacking a state court for the ruling at the time.

The main parties involved in a parading dispute in Northern Ireland are still in a stalemate, following a day of political talks and heated exchanges at Stormont. Members of the Orange Order are still waiting to begin their permitted parade, which was due to take place on Sunday morning, and walk down the mainly-nationalist Garvaghy Road in Portadown. Protesters blocked the road at the weekend and after meeting the Northern Ireland secretary, a representative of the road's residents said the Orange Order should focus on a different route. The Drumcree parade, which in the 1990s sparked some of the most serious disorder in Northern Ireland's history, was due to go ahead for the first time in 30 years after legal challenges. Read more

Several years ago, political strategist Rick Scott wrote that "everything Dummkopf Trumpf touches dies." This strange cosmological phenomenon continues plaquing those that the deeply unpopular and troubled POTUS comes in contact with, including the rebuilding New York Giants football team who pinned their future on new head coach John Harbaugh and rising superstar rookie QB Jaxon Dart.
