As child labor violations soar across the country, dozens of states are ramping up efforts to update child labor laws -- with widespread efforts to weaken laws, but some to bolster them as well.
@#3 ... The GOP seems intent on killing public education and increasing child laborers.
Not too sure why they're so intent on turning America into a 3rd world shht hole. ...
For the profit and the wealth.
Didn't fmr Pres Trump just hold a fundraiser in Florida during which he promised to lower the taxes of billionaires?
That certainly does not sound like the populist candidate fmr Pres Trump seems to be pretending to be.

@#54 ... The norm in America has become watching the rich exploit the rest of the country. ...
... and I agree to your comment as I read about billionaires pledge $$$ to fmr Pres trump's campaign.
Money that they will likely save if fmr Pres Trump is re-elected and gets to pass his tax-cuts for billionaires.
So, their campaign contributions to fmr Pres Trump seem to be lees for political purposes, but merely more of a return on investment (ROI). That is, they hope to recoup more money via reduced taxes than they gave the Trump campaign.
Of course, there is always the issue of fmr Pres Trump using donations to Republicans effort for his personal legal efforts...
