Day 7 of Ukraine holding Russian territory

After 7 Days of Ukraine holding Russian territory it has become clear that Russia is severely short of not only war planes but basic Manpower. At this point the only thing that seems to be holding back Ukraine from shelling Moscow is fuel.

Comments

They're approaching 1200 sq km held. They send up a recon element, Russia media reports repelling the Ukrainians, and then a day or two later a high concentration of force surrounds and destroys the Russian strongpoints.

Russians are reporting at least 2,000 conscripts and other troops have surrendered in the Kursk region so far.

Ukrainian in ancient National Guard donated Humvees are rolling around uncontested in Sudzha.

Both the Russian Army and the Rosgvardia (Russian National Guard) are on video looting Russian homes. That indicates they're not reinforcing the defenses and command and control on the Russian front lines does not exist. For that to happen, morale has collapsed.

Russians are welcome to join the fight and claim to be Ukrainians.

Before the bitter Winter of 1941, it is speculated that the appearance of German troops in any number in Moscow might have triggered a Soviet collapse.

I wonder if the Ukrainians could pull that trick now?

Dream on. This stuff is idiotic propaganda.

Sitzie reads too many Mirror and other British propaganda articles.

This is the final Hurrah for Ukraine.

Like the Battle of the Bulge was for the Nazis.

They will be contained and destroyed in a Kessel.

If NATO joins the fight directly with boots on the ground it might be different though.

What's the chance of that?

What's the chance of that?

You haven't been right yet.

What's the chance of you actually getting a clue?

Will NATO join the fight directly?

Askin' for a Friend.

Will NATO join the fight directly?

I seriously doubt it.

There is a Ukrainian International Legion that's accepting military veterans from any country can apply but not all are accepted. In addition, Americans can join Ukraine's National Civil Defense Force. Less combat experience required:

Russia's conscripts in Kursk are surrendering in droves which will have greater influence on diminishing Muscovy's morale than Russia's 600,000 total KIA, injured & missing to date. How the heck can Russia hide so many casualties from the media? How the heck can Russia's media stomach keeping such a disaster secret from their viewers?

Capturing 1,000s of 18 & 19 yo conscripts fresh from school will rile up Russian moms and angry Moms can start revolutions. Maybe that will make Russia's media start telling truth to the public?

"How the heck can Russia's media stomach keeping such a disaster secret from their viewers?"

Two words: Window Cancer.

Every day Ukrainians get closer to Moscow but so long as the fight stays out of sight of the capital Putin doesn't care.

He's fine with the average Russian dying.

Is it any shock Russians are now joining the Ukrainian invaders?

Look at that another entire day has come and gone and Russia still hasn't forced the Ukrainian expeditionary Force back.

The best thing this week was the bald midget complaining publicly that Ukraine counter invaded Russia and him demanding they leave.

Self awareness is not his strong suit.

The best was the response for the white house that if they want Ukraine to withdraw they should pull all of their soldiers out of Ukraine.
