... Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito spoke to President-elect Donald Trump by phone Tuesday to recommend one of his former law clerks for a job in the new administration, ABC News has learned.

"William Levi, one of my former law clerks, asked me to take a call from President-elect Trump regarding his qualifications to serve in a government position," Justice Alito confirmed to ABC News Wednesday. "I agreed to discuss this matter with President-elect Trump, and he called me yesterday afternoon."

Fascism demands several things to finally take over. Above all, it must corrupt and then totally control the law, so that all the top "leaders" are above the law. It then requires that corrupt judiciary to outlaw opposition parties, and one expects that effort to start soon after Trump gets into office. I have no doubt that Donald will try this.

Then I, a man who has never broken a law more serious than an illegal U-turn, will be a criminal.

Which was a total surprise to both of them and of course neither mentioned it. Apparently getting a friend a job was way more important to Trumpy than being sentenced for his crimes.

I still remember when Bill Clinton met (former) Attorney General Loretta Lynch on the Tarmac and possibly discussed BENGHAZI!!!! It was scandalous! Just to meet with the AG was a national scandal.

Alito must recuse himself from any case currently before the SCOTUS involving the Stinky Orange Fatso who's name shall not be invoked.

OK, its Trump!

Alito has proven he is compromised concerning Trump in every case he has participated in, and in any case yet to be decided.

Direct secret communication with an individual Plaintiff in a case before the SCOTUS requires recusal and punitive action as well.

Pity the Chief Justice would rather huff the Man-who-shall-not-be-named's diapers, than to get his Court back in order.
