Having massive bodyguard details make the sycophant feel important. Look how mighty Marco Rubella feels with his bodyguard detail and access to USAF planes. The FBI has a separate body of employees that conduct physical security work at their locations who are paid less then SAs. This is who should have been canvassed, not experienced SAs that are meant to deal with the FSB, MSS, KKK, ISIS, or the Mafia.
