Tesla Keying Gone Wrong

Liberal learns to keep his hands off of other peoples' property in hilarious way.

More

In South Africa, they used flame throwers to stop carjacking. Now, Americans are putting their own twist on protecting their Teslas from domestic terrorists.

Comments

Funny thing about Tesla vehicles.

It was the liberal Democrats that pushed the company to prominence.

Stated differently...

How many MAGA Republicans have bought non-petrol vehicles these past few years?

Asked from a different angle ...

Now that Tesla has seem a 71% sales decline, how many Republicans will be buying a Tesla to help bail out Mr Musk? Really, how many?

As Tesla profits plunge 71%, Elon Musk says he'll spend less time on DOGE
www.wgbh.org

Too little, too late?

Time will tell.

All they need is a smoke and noise generating mod. Burning tires in the back of the cybertruck?

"It was the liberal Democrats that pushed the company to prominence."

Yes, it was - I guess Global Warming is not as important as they once believed. Welcome to reality.

No bailout needed. Stock price is UP because Telsa is not actually just a car company and people are banking on the future - as such, the sales or profits THIS YEAR are not actually very meaningful. Also, for Elon, his wealth is diversified now and not totally reliance on Tesla stock.

What is the most funny though is how liberals can scream about 'global warming' for 4 decades and then change on a dime against the company that did more than ANY OTHER in reducing CO2 because their hate for Trump outweighs all else. NEVER AGAIN say the words 'climate change' because we all know liberals are not serious about it.

Nah - I will buy one as soon as the liberal human ---- blasting cannons come as standard feature.

Truth be told, I already own a model Y for my business in California. With high liberal gas prices in the state, it makes sense to go electric there.

#4 | Posted by ScottS at 2025-04-23 10:46 PM

I will buy one...

No, you won't.

I already own a model Y...

No, you don't.

#5 | Posted by REDIAL at 2025-04-23 10:51 PM

"No, you don't.
#5 | Posted by REDIAL"

Yes, I do - but not for the environment. It is just a good product. California registered and all. I don't live in the Bay Area and seldomly go there now and I would not drive it there though. Again, truth be told, I almost sold it after taking it down to Yosemite and I could not connect on cellular to find a charger. Also, the self driving subscription is still not worth it as it makes too many mistakes on routing. I prefer the Google Maps view vs. the Tesla display as I think the routing is more accurate for things like under and over passes. However, thus far, it has been 100% reliable. Still would need to be able to do 10+ years only needing oil changes and brakes to surpass the Rav4 I had straight out of college though. Also, I would not buy one if I lived in the midwest or places with super high or super low temperatures. So, you probably should not buy one in Canada.

I will also add - I ABSOLUTELY HATE the complete lack of physical buttons. The radio (terrestrial radio and NOT internet radio) and climate control should always have physical buttons - but, this is the trend for all auto-makers unfortunately.

@#3 ... No bailout needed. ...

Who said anything about a bailout?

... Stock price is UP ...

Is it?

Tesla stock price, Jan 17,2025 $426
Tesla stock price, April 23,2025 $251

So if that is an increase to you, what else can I say>

#8 | Posted by LampLighter at 2025-04-23 11:28 PM

@#6 ... California registered and all. ...

So it met the minimum requirements of California.

Many cars meet that minimum requirement.

Just read Consumers Reports for how those cars fare.

Maybe, California (and the US) should raise the guidelines for what constitutes ~a good car?~

Oh wait, that is more regulation. Something Republicans don't support.

@#7 ... I ABSOLUTELY HATE the complete lack of physical buttons. ...

On this particular point I agree with your current alias.

"Tesla stock price, Jan 17,2025 $426

#8 | Posted by LampLighter"

Earnings were announced on April 22nd - and the stock is up since then. But, since you want to cherry pick your starting point - how about we use:

Tesla stock price, April 27,2020 $46
Tesla stock price, April 23,2025 $251

#9 | Posted by LampLighter"

No need to regulate - that is why you read reviews before buying. It is why I will never buy a BMW again.

"On this particular point I agree with your current alias.
#10 | Posted by LampLighter"

Do you agree that a domestic terrorist looking to vandalize a Tesla - but instead having a cannon filled with human excrement shot into his face is utterly hilarious?

#13 | Posted by ScottS at 2025-04-23 11:42 PM

@#11 ... Earnings were announced on April 22nd - and the stock is up since then. ...

Because of the [lack of] earnings or because Mr Musk has said he will start focusing more on Tesla, instead of DOGE, next month?

It is interesting that your current alias seems to find the need to go back five years in order to find a positive delta.

That says a lot, in and of itself.

OK, let's look at the current quarter's report ...

Tesla Q1 Net Income Plunges 71% Amid Sales Slump
www.autobodynews.com

...The EV maker attributed the disappointing results to a combination of trade-related uncertainty, increased competition and political backlash tied to CEO Elon Musk. ...

Wow, wait, what?

Trade-related uncertainty?

You mean Tesla Corp is actually saying that Pres Trump's capricious tariff policies are having an effect upon Tesla's quarterly results?

Oh-nos. The horrors!

No, your original post was correct - liberal democrats hate Trump more than they believe in Climate Change.

Now tell me - on a scale of 1 to 10 with one being Bob Sagat doing voice overs on AFV and ten being Dave Chappelle, how funny is it seeing a domestic terrorist liberal getting blasted in their smug face with a human excrement cannon?

#15 | Posted by ScottS at 2025-04-24 01:10 AM

It is - so, it is nice to see the liberals admit that too now. As I said, welcome to reality.

#18 | Posted by ScottS at 2025-04-24 05:12 AM

Liberals are admitting that?

Citation necessary.

Perhaps you mistook when I said, "you believe climate change is a hoax", to mean, "I believe climate change is a hoax."

I was mocking your comparison of liberal hating Trump to something you don't believe in.

Get someone to explain it to you.

"#19 | Posted by ClownShack"

Well, you would have to be a complete braindead ------- to think Climate Change is real and then be against the company that built the cars that did more to offset CO2 than any other company on earth. You know, the type of person that is a domestic terrorist liberal that gets blasted in their smug face with a human excrement cannon. Which is absolutely hilarious.

#20 | Posted by ScottS at 2025-04-24 05:40 AM

It's adorable, the MAGA claim that boycotting Tesla equates to liberals not caring for the environment. Tesla is not the only electric car manufacturer. In fact, it's very possible to boycott Tesla while owning electric vehicles of other manufacturers and give a hoot about Mother Earth. Regarding Tesla stock, it did climb quite high when Biden was president and its value is dropping towards where it was when Trump was in office the first time.

There are consequences when the wildly overvalued frontman glued to your brand like bug-eyed, ketamine huffing Leon to Trump's rump is, in fact, bug-eyed, ketamine huffing Leon glued to Trump's rump.

Oh, I wish it was. I have been spending too much time thinking about a human catapult for deportations and I didn't even dream of a human excrement cannon to shoot into the smug faces of liberal domestic terrorists. My hat is off to the inventor.

Strange no one mentioned this until Lumpers drove him into the arms of MAGA.

It's adorable, the MAGA claim that boycotting Tesla equates to liberals not caring for the environment.

Its not just a claim its a fact.

Regarding Tesla stock, it did climb quite high when Biden was president and its value is dropping towards where it was when Trump was in office the first time.

It was climbing because Liberals were pretending to care about the environment big taxpayer dollars being spent their way.

Now they don't, its ok to set Tesla's on fire, destroy pipelines and emit CO2. *shrug*

Its all a con job, which appears very similar to when the media claimed BLM protests you couldn't spread COVID.
