Trump Endorses Arrest of Gavin Newsom

President Donald Trump has publicly voiced his support for the arrest of a sitting state governor.

California Gov. Gavin Newsom announced he's suing the Trump administration over the deployment of the U.S. Marines and the National Guard to LA protests.

Newsom responded quickly on social media.

"This is a day I hoped I would never see in America," he wrote. "I don't care if you're a Democrat or a Republican this is a line we cannot cross as a nation " this is an unmistakable step toward authoritarianism."

Responding to Homan's threat over the weekend, Newsom said in an interview with MSNBC, "He's a tough guy, why doesn't he do that? He knows where to find me."

Trump has indicated he would be willing to bring in the U.S. Marines if he felt the situation called for it. Trump also backed up Homan's warning to officials, saying they will "face judges" if they stand in the way."

They should arrest Newsom and charge him and the rest of the Democrats under RICO with human and drug trafficking. The Democrat leadership has been an accessory to all the crimes committed by the illegal immigrant horde that they imported. They should be charged as accessories to any crimes they commit.

President Donald Trump's border czar is furiously backpedaling after suggesting California Governor Gavin Newsom could be arrested for interfering with the administration's crackdown on protesters in Los Angeles.

Speaking to Fox News Monday morning, Tom Homan said that Newsom could "absolutely" be arrested if found to have committed a crime such as impeding law enforcement, but claimed his original remarks on the matter were misconstrued by host Jacob Soboroff during an interview for MSNBC.

Homan admitted that neither of the Democratic politicians is accused of breaking any law during the protests.

The GOP won't do it because they actually care about precedent. However, they are 100% within their rights to do so. How is giving driver licenses to illegals to allow them to drive - and then those illegals kill people in DUIs not being an accessory? If you illegally sell a gun to one that is used in a crime - you will be charged. Why is Newsom above the law?

Driving is usually a States rights issue. They make up the laws regarding driving requirements. You know who can drive and at what age. Just sayin
