It’s Time for the 25th Amendment

Trump's insane letter leaves not doubt. Even by Trump's standards, this letter is so dangerous and so delusional that there is no longer any question that the president is mentally "unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office," as laid out in the 25th Amendment to the Constitution.

Comments

The 25th Amendment, Section 4, requires as an initial step that Vance and a majority of the Cabinet (www.etsy.com) inform Chuck Grassley (abcnews.go.com) and Mike Johnson (www.amazon.com) that Trump is "unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office."

How many spines in that crowd?

No spines, but a few vicious wannabees who see the proverbial writing on the wall (his polls, mostly), and might just try something.

Personally, I don't think it would werk anyway; the far right, having gotten this close to total power, isn't going to go quietly into that good night.

They've been locked and loaded since Rush and Newt.
