When did the US Congress approve of Dummkopf Trumpf's dismantling USAID or his slow collapse of the US Dept of Education?

Here's the way ahead for the next POTUS:

Executive Order No. 1 (20 Jan 2029, signed approximately 1630 HRS after the post-inaugural POTUS luncheon and entered into the Federal Register before 1700 HRS):

"By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, I hereby determine and order:

~Any agent, officer, investigator, or supervisor in ICE, CBP, USBP, or DHS, will no longer carry any weapon other than a 9mm sidearm and will use non-lethal ammunition in the execution of their duties;

~Any agent, officer, investigator, or supervisor in ICE, CBP, USBP, or DHS, will no longer be allowed to wear masks, helmets, or anything that can conceal their facial features;

~All agents, officers, investigators, or supervisors in ICE, CBP, USBP, or DHS must wear functioning body-cameras and nameplates with numbers clearly identifying them;

~All agents, officers, investigators, or supervisors in ICE, CBP, USBP, or DHS must bring any detained alien before an Immigration Judge in less than 24 hours or that detainee must be immediately released;

~All agents, officers, investigators, or supervisors in ICE, CBP, USBP, or DHS are hereby prohibited from detaining US citizens or Permanent Resident Aliens without a judicial warrant signed by a federal magistrate;

~ICE will be renamed the Immigration Management Authority (IMA) and henceforth be placed under control of the Department of Justice;

~ICE badges and raid jackets will be phased out NLT than 60 days of this Executive Order to be replaced with "IMA."
