The company doesn't have a license to operate in NYS. More than enough to disqualify it.

The Cayman Islands are a fine spot, loved diving there for ages, met lots of good folks, although the general treatment of and attitude towards the Jamaican workforce sucks. But when it comes to finances, international transfer and storage of moolah? Dodgy. Don't let the clucking chickens wandering around the banking area in the morning before opening hour fool you. This is a locale for, among perfectly legitimate international banking business you also have sophisticated money collection and curating (including washing and cleaning) operations. There is a ton of undeclared/disappeared money parked in Cayman, where it tries to be quiet. If funds are linked to accounts/businesses in George Town, verify before even considering trusting.
