The Arizona Senate repealed an 1864 abortion law that was had been ruled enforceable by the state's Supreme Court. The Arizona Gov. Katie Hobbs said she will sign the bill, which passed in a 16-14 vote, with two Republicans joining Democrats. But the new law won't go into effect until Fall. |
